We will be at the Glen Cairn and Glen Allen Picnic Shelters at Bingeman’s Campground, parking will be in a designated area in one of the Bingeman parking lots. Lunch (hot dogs and veggies) and snack (fruit, cheese strings, granola bars) will be provided throughout the day.

Please let us know of food allergies in advance.

Each group should bring:

  • Medical forms for everyone (Colonies keep their own forms)
  • Quiet activity
  • Refillable water bottles
  • Garbage bags - ie grocery bags for the snack garbage
  • A bag or container to contain the craft
  • First aid kit
  • Large group sign
  • Wet wipes for snack

Welcome packages will include crests, map, schedule breakdown and evaluation forms.

This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather.
